Kyocera adopts an original barrier forming technology into SBDs. We succeeded in the first mass production of SBDs from 8-inch wafers in Japan. Our SBDs are highly regarded for high quality and reliability.
A part of SBDs with a maximum junction temperature rating of 175°C (Tjmax) are also available.
