BONDERITE® M-FE 330L PLUS(known as Prep-n-Cote 330L+) is an improved,low temperature,liquid detergent iron phosphate conversion coating material. It is designed for the simultaneous cleaning and phosphating of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces prior to painting. Intended primarily for use in multi-stage spray washers, BONDERITE MFE 330L PLUS (known as Prep-n-Cote 330L+) rapidly removes soils and then deposits a uniform phosphate coating. Coating weights higher than 40 mg/ft2 on steel can be obtained, depending on the operating conditions. Automatic feeding capabilities reduce maintenance costs and promote reliable performance through consistent bath chemistry.
