The extruder may be set up in a variety of configurations to perform compounding, extruding and masterbatching for many different products. It can handle many viscosities, from light to very heavy viscous materials.

The dual feed extrusion system allows different ingredients to be added to the mixture at precisely the right time. Multiple heating and cooling zones permit up to 10 in-process settings.
