These precision screens feature very small hole diameters starting at 8 microns and holding plus or minus 2 micron tolerance. The electroforming process results in a smooth almost mirror like surface, which cleans well and reduces particulate entrapment. These mesh pieces are produced in nickel, copper and gold.
