Carlson Engineering automated screw driving machines are designed to work with a screwfeeder or step feeder, and assist in your assembly automation fastening process by advancing the screw or screws to your product, stopping above it, and then advancing the bit driving the screw or screws to torque or depth. Carlson automatic feed screwdriver systems can be fitted with almost any brand of screwdriver on the market today.

This drive head is able to drive multiple screws/fasteners into a part simultaneously, or at different intervals. Each screwdriving spindle can be configured to operate using different programming depending on the application needs.

With up to 6 separate spindles for simultaneous fastener driving, and with a torque capacity of over 100Nm & a weight of over 50lb, the MidDrive Multi-Spindle Automatic Drive Head is a very versatile screwdriving drive head.

The MidDrive Multi-Spindle Automatic Drive Head is intended for use with a blow-feed automatic screwfeeder and can also be configured to drive bolts, pins, rivets, set-screws, and more.
