At Mouron Stainless, we have our own in-house engineering department. Complete with AutoCad our staff can work from your detailed design drawings or prepare them for you from your sketches and thoughts along with field measurements as necessary.
Our custom millwork shop works with the highest grades of plywood substrates (no particle board or chip board is used in any Mouron custom made product). We are experts in plastic laminate, tile, solid surfaces, and natural stone and can create the look and function you need.
A large inventory of materials on hand supported by a just in time supply chain allows us to provide full custom products almost as quickly as stock catalog items.
While we are experts in custom stainless steel fabrication our shop can work with many different specialty metals including brass, copper, and all types of steel. Our in-house processes include bending, cutting, stamping, welding, and forming and include full in-house grinding and polishing to achieve your specified finish.
Finally, our onsite installation teams put the finishing touches on your products including field welds, final grinding and polishing, leveling/alignment, and final trim and inspection.
