The M&PManufacturing USA foundry has the highest competence in non-ferrous precision die casting processtechnology. We have machines ranging from 280 to 1650 tons and can mold parts up toa maximum of 13kg and1500 x 1100 mm. We also produce precision castings using investment, permanent mold and sandcasting processes. Our in-house tool shopallows us to control the process from start to finished part using only thehighest quality materials. Our experienced engineering staff uses mold flowsoftware to controlporosity even in large open geometry parts. Every part has a documentedprocess controlprogram to assure consistent product lot-to-lot. Our ISO material control systemguarantees no metal contamination. All this, combined with our precisionmachining and finishing capability, we can repeatedly produce complete finishedparts to exacting specifications.
