With EDM*1, grinding, slicing, turning and CNC machines, Top Seiko offers a precision machining service for ultra-hard materials, producing custom machined parts in the most cost effective methods. As a pioneer in this field, we have machined on newly developed or extremely hard materials. Our inspection facility includes Coordinate Measuring Machines, CNC High Precision Image Measuring Machine, Laser Microscope, and Digital Microscopes. Upon request, washing, drying and vacuum packing inside of Clean Room are available. *1 EDM: Electrical Discharge Machining. Using electrical sparks, materialis removed from the work piece(electric conductor) to obtain a desired shape. *2 MMC(Metal Matrix Composites): It is composite material composed of metal and another material such as different metal or ceramic. It is excellent for the applications which require high stiffness or strength at minimum weight.
