Over 40 years ago, Weiss-Aug started as a stamping company,focusing on complex,high precision metal stamping & miniature high speed stamping. Today Weiss-Aug continues to lead the industry,most recently by adding in-die laser welding during the stamping process. Asthe only North American supplier to have this capability, we are constantlytrying to develop new solutions for our metal stamping customers.

Our ability to work with a variety of materials, such ascopper alloys, stainless and carbon steels, and exotic alloys, combined withour years of experience in fabricating automotive metal stampings and medicalstampings leads us to be consistently called upon to manufacture highly precisecomponents.

Our high speed Bruderer stamping presses can stamp materialsin thickness ranging from 0.001" to 0.075" (.0254mm - 1.905mm). We also designand manufacture all of our metalstamping dies. With two locations,we have the capacity to build complex progressive dies, as well as prototypedies and smaller tools and components.

Additional services are available to supplement ourprecision metal stamping capabilities. High-speed mass finishing, de-burring,and heat treating are services Weiss-Aug offers as in-house solutions tocomplete component fabrication.
