Many factors go into determining the nature of work for which a given stamping operation is suited: Press size determines maximum material thickness, expertise determines minimum material thickness and the alloys that can be run, and the nature of the equipment determines optimum quantities.
Precisely defining the material thickness limit of our equipment is difficult to do because of the interrelationship between maximum thickness, the material, the length of the perimeter of the part, and the tonnage of the press. Depending upon the size and complexity of the workpiece, OEP stamping can quote most jobs with a thickness of .125 inches and less. Here is a synopsis of our capabilities:

Our capabilities also include tool fabrication, and post-stamping operations like tapping, cleaning, deburring, tumbling, bead blasting, plating, anodizing, heat-treating, and passivating. We also offer a large warehouse capable of storing finished products for JIT deliveries off of blanket purchase orders.
Most of the stamping work that we've done can be broken down into three categories; the category that a given job falls under is generally determined by the geometry of the part and the quantity to be run. Automatic feed, progressive dies are used to produce moderate to large quantities of complex parts or parts with some form (that is, parts that aren't flat). Automatic feed fine-blanking dies are used to produce moderate to large volumes of burr-free, precisely toleranced flat pieces. Secondary operations can be used to produce small quantities of any type of piece, or large quantities of complex parts whose geometry precludes them from being run on a progressive or compound die.
