• In-house extrusion- we extrude our own thermoplastics for maximum consistency in thickness, color and physical properties
• In-house tooling- our own tooling facility creates Class A dies for each project, which outperform standard steel rule dies in accuracy. For even greater savings, our tooling team maintains a stock of 4000+ compound washer dies for significant savings in tool costs.
• 70+ available presses in our production department give New Process the ideal press for cost efficiency on any job, from small prototypes presses to high speed equipment with outputs to 400 strokes per minute

Rigorous attention to quality is built into every step. Tolerances are maintained at a strict +/- .010, with tighter standards on request. Added assurance is provided by the latest in non-contact vision measurement systems and an ISO-registered quality management system, solidly backed by a team of professionals who are committed to leading the way in plastic stamping competitiveness.
