Pens contain non-flammable flux with less than 1% Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) to meet air quality legislation. The flux has been formulated to pass Bellcore TR-NWT-00078 for Electromigration and Surface Insulation resistance and IPC-SF-818 Class 3
