ALPHA^® LUMET® JP510 is a lead-free, Zero-halogen no-clean solder paste designed for use in Jet Printers. The paste has clear, colorless flux residue, which is ideal for LED package-on-board assembly with small dot sizes by jet printing.

Additionally, ALPHA^® LUMET® JP510 is highly pin testable and achieves IPC7095 Class III voiding performance.
