Matric has been providing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assemblies since the late 1980's. Over the years, Matric has invested in state-of-the-art machinery to improve the speed, accuracy and reliabilty of SMT products. The newest fully automatic SMT system was added in early 2007. The newer SMT systems join an already well-established automatic SMT system that has been operational since September, 2000. All three SMT lines are lead-free process ready for RoHS compliant products.
