Metallux ME52x ceramic pressure sensors are made with a ceramic base body glued to a flush diaphragm. These signal conditioned sensors can measure in bar (ME52x) or psi (MEP52x). Aging detection is constantly performed, guaranteeing good precision and long-term stability. Using AI₂O₃ ceramic, the ME52x sensors are suitable for nearly all aggressive media. Ratiometric & current loop versions are currently available.
