The 16074A is a used Standard from Agilent. The Agilent 16074A is specially designed for calibration and performance testing of Agilent's various four-terminal-pair type LCR meters. It consists of eight resistance standards: 0Ω, 0.1Ω, 1Ω, 10Ω, 100Ω, 1kΩ, 10kΩ, and 100kΩ. The 16074A has two quasi-inductance standards: 100 µH and 100 mH, and two terminations: OPEN and SHORT. The state-of-the-art four-terminal-pair configuration of the 16074A insures high accuracy at frequencies up to 13 MHz. The 0Ω through 10Ω standards contain thin film resistors that have minimal residual reactance and stray capacitance; the 100Ω through 100kΩ standards are each shielded to reduce the effects of noise.
