Improved optics (D:S 60:1) permits temperature measurement from any distance. The Raytek Raynger MX2 infrared thermometer's bar graph display automatically charts the last 10 temperature points using maximum and minimum temperature values to determine the range. The locking trigger allows continuous temperature monitoring.
The Raytek Raynger MX2 has a temperature range of -25 to 1600°F (-30 to 900°C).

The DataTemp MX software provides a convenient way to export temperature data files from your Raytek Raynger MX2 infrared thermometer in a format that can be used by programs such as Access®, Excel®, and condition monitoring programs.
