Dwyer Instruments 16C series PID temperature controller for precision monitoring and control. Designed for direct or reverse acting (cooling or heating) control, the Series 16C can be programmed for simple ON/OFF or more complex PID control functions. PID control is supported with manual or auto-tuning. A dual LED display provides local indication of process value and set point value. Two additional alarm outputs are standard on the Series 16C. The alarm outputs can be quickly configured by using the twelve built-in alarm functions. The controller communicates with external devices such as PCs and PLCs for data search and system integration using the built-in RS-485 interface. The Series 16B also features universal input, selectable °F/°C, selectable resolution and security functions.
