The model 43 precision low profile load cells have been constructed in a pancake type enclosure. They have been engineered to measure loads from 5 to 500,000 lb. The model 43 has a compression-only load button which is fixed and forms an integral part of the load cell and cannot be removed or changed. This provides high performance and accuracy in non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability specifications for such applications as tube mills, extruding processes and weighing. The model 43 is available with optional 0 Vdc to 5 Vdc or 4 mA to 20 mA output.
