The MDA magnet is manufactured for heavy duty abrasive material, scrap or mill product. The MDA is constructed with a heavier, structural design for abuse seen beyond scrap use. The aluminum wound MDA will do an ample job in Mill duty applications. It is a versatile magnet than can be used moving scrap to moving billets and slabs. This style of magnet is used as a single magnet for an application with chains to applications where a multiple of magnets are used on a spreader beam.
