Custom Processing Services offers several blending options for its toll processing customers.
- 100 L double stainless steel double ribbon blender
- 600 L stainless steel double ribbon blender
- 2850 L carbon steel double ribbon blender
- 6500 L stainless steel double ribbon blender
Coating and related processes are also available.
- heat treating - new PLC controlled reactors from 100 L (testing capacity) to 6500 L (production model)
- silanation - Silanes are commonly used surface modifiers. They are used as condiitoners that increase a material's critical surface energy for enhanced adhesion. Silanation is used to promote adhesion of filler particles, glass fibers, and ceramic surfaces.
