PremaTech laps and polishes Silicon Carbide, Alumina, Sapphire and other ultra-hard materials. We are able to provide 1/10 wave flatness and 20/10 scratch dig specifications. This capability is supported by a Kugler 12" interferometer, a Zygo Verifier 4" interferometer and a Zygo New-view white light Optical surface profiler.
