Power Units -- MP Series Motor/Pump Assemblies

Dynex fabricates basic motor pump assemblies from the smallest 0.75 HP units to large 200 HP packages. These assemblies are custom fabricated to meet specific requirements, with flows to 200 gpm and pressures to 15,000 psi, for use with a wide-range of fluids.

MP Series assemblies can include standard motor/pump mounting or custom configured frames with special electrical control packages.

Meeting Customers' Special Requirements

Dynex motor pump assemblies can incorporate customer-specified and supplied components. Components are also available from our warehouse or are readily available through the Dynex distributor network.

These units are built with a choice of hydraulic pumps as required for the service duty. Many applications use Dynex checkball piston pumps, which provide long-life in the most difficult conditions, including contamination, dirty environments, extreme temperatures and long, difficult duty cycles.

Checkball pumps operate efficiently with standard mineral oil, or with low-lubricity, low-viscosity fluids, for water-based, fire-resistant and other special-fluid applications. These include a wide range of water glycol, Skydrol and other phosphate ester fluids, Viscor and other diesel calibration fluids, machining coolant, brake fluid and various military fluids.

Skilled workers, with experience piping for high-pressure, assure trouble-free operation. Port connections include S.A.E., flange, socket weld, coned-and-threaded (Autoclave or Butech) and B.S.P. (British Standard Pipe) fittings.
